After reading all the reviews I didn’t have to hesitate to see Dr. Cho and he is as advertised.  Courteous, friendly, respectful, patience, showed pictures so we can understand the Orth-K process. I’m sure he explained this thousands of times to each of his clients.  But he made us feel at ease and listened to our concerns and answered accordingly.  It is obvious Dr. Cho is knowledgeable and experienced.  The office is well staffed, facility is clean and organized. update 11/11/2024:  Had our annual follow-up visit with Dr. Cho, and as always, it was an excellent experience. Dr. Cho is consistently professional and has a warm bedside manner that puts us at ease. He takes the time to explain every part of the eye exam and report with clarity and patience, which really makes a difference. I appreciate how much compassion he brings to his care—he truly listens and makes sure all our questions are answered. I feel confident in his expertise and trust him completely with our eye health. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a thorough and caring Ortho eye doctor! Update: 2/1/2025. Dr. Cho and his team consistently provide outstanding care. Our follow-up ortho appointment was smooth and on time, which I truly appreciate. Dr. Cho thoroughly explained my children’s progress and patiently guided them on handling their Ortho-K lenses. His gentle and reassuring approach puts my kids at ease, making each visit a positive experience. The kindness of the staff further enhances the experience—they are always welcoming, professional, and ready to assist. The office itself is exceptionally clean and inviting, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment you walk in. If you’re considering Ortho-K treatment, a visit to Dr. Cho is a must! Update:  7/18/2026:  I brought my kids in for their ortho-K check-up, and as always, Dr. Cho was wonderful. He took the time to clearly explain their progress and offered practical, thoughtful suggestions for next steps. His bedside manner is outstanding. He is patient, approachable, and attentively listens, especially when speaking with my teenagers. I really wish more doctors had the same level of care and communication skills as Dr. Cho. The entire team runs like a well-oiled machine. Appointment reminders via text are incredibly helpful, and the front desk staff were professional and welcoming. My daughter has been seen by Dr. Cho almost 4years. He's very pleasant,  polite, passionate, caring and explains things in details. My daughter recently lost one of her contact lens and we urgently needed the placement for upcoming trip. We called the office and my daughter was seen by Dr. Cho on the same day. Dr. Cho expedited the contacts in time before her trip although he is out of his office this week. He also gave her three pairs of soft contacts as a backup which gave us a peace of mind. Dr. Cho and his staff are amazing. Dr. Cho is very patient and kind with my children, he makes them feel "at home" and always has their comfort in mind. He takes the time to explain things and listens to all our concerns. The office has taken precautions in these uncertain times, everyone is wearing a mask, only one patient at a time, extra sanitizing, etc. I felt very safe bringing my kids there.
